COVID-19 UPDATE (November 2020)

Our office will remain closed for now to the general public, please contact us via telephone, text or email if you require any assistance or have any queries during our normal office hours Monday to Friday from 10.00 am until 5.00 pm.

We strongly advise that you carefully read all the information on our website and view the images and read the full description of any property that we have available to rent online before contacting us directly on 01642 217224. If you have any further questions, require any additional information or would like to arrange a physical viewing please contact us during office hours.

Viewings by appointment only.

You will be required to follow strict social distancing and hygiene rules at the viewing to protect and ensure the safety of you and our staff.

  1. At present viewings will be limited to two people from the same household and a facial covering must be worn
  2. You must maintain social distancing in accordance with government guidelines at all times
  3. You must sanitise your hands before and after the viewing
  4. You must avoid touching any surfaces in the property
  5. You will be allowed a maximum of 10 minutes inside the property
  6. Any discussions relating to the property should be held outside of the property whilst maintaining social distancing

We are proactively monitoring the coronavirus outbreak, including the latest Government and NHS advice, for existing tenants and landlords, please be assured that we are doing everything that we can to ensure you are looked after and will continue to monitor the situation and keep you updated.

If you are reporting a repair, we will be asking additional questions to ensure we safeguard you and our workforce prior to arranging a home visit. Please note we are prioritising attending to emergency repairs. An emergency repair is any problem that could be a security risk or cause harm to you, another person or to your property, and includes:

  • Gas leaks
  • Uncontainable water leaks
  • Complete loss of heating and hot water
  • Electrical or fire risk
  • Property security
